Good morning my loves!
So, it’s about to be 6am and I start my Respawn Plan, which is a workout plan to jump start my workout and healthy lifestyle.. forever.
I had done this plan before in the past with much success. So, why did I stop. Heh heh well I got pregnant. Unfortunately for me, I was a lost soul who still believed that pregnant woman are suppose to be no where near exercising when there’s a baby baking soo, yeah.
But I’m back, educated too!
However, spoil alert! I might be preggers yet again! But not sure yet since it is too early to tell. Gotta believe though, we are trying for a baby again. Hoping for a son XD.
Time will tell.
Anyways, back to the weekly stat! Today is the beginning of the Respawn Plan, but I already said that.
To be honest I am very nervous for some reason. Even though I so want this new change. It’s empowering! but… deep down in the back of my head I’m thinking, “what if my boobs and butt shrink?”
And what if it really does?
Oh well, if it means a healthier me then conquer my fears. Regardless, I can always just workout the areas I want to build. Such as if I want my boobs to appear large (appear, not grow) I can do all those fancy chest exercises and if I want to add muscle to my butt and really round it out well hello lunges and squats.
I have my solution to my problem. Nothing stopping me now.

I seriously hope that my Respawn Plan not only helps me again as it did in the past but helps you guys as well. We all deserve to be happy and in the image we want to be. I wish with all my heart that everyone who tries will reach their weight loss dreams.
