Here is today’s recipe: deliciously simple and sweet vanilla bean and chia seed yogurt. Yum!
With all it’s healthy fats and probioticness with a light crunch from the chia seeds, it’s a great breakfast to start any day!

8 oz Plain full fat yogurt (however, if you prefer fat free, by all means)
1 Vanilla bean pod (preferably organic)
1 or 2 drops Pure vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon Cane Sugar
1/2 tablespoon Raw Honey
In a bowl, spoon in your yogurt. Scrape out the beans from inside the vanilla bean pod with a spoon. Mix in vanilla extract, sugar, honey, and vanilla beans. Sprinkle on as much chia seeds as you want and presto! Vanilla bean and chea seed yogurt!
What I really like from mixing flavor into plain yogurt is that you control the sugar content.
