A few years back I got so into scrap booking, smash boxes, and smash journals. I just think they are soo fun. I love how cute the can be and how your creativeness and imagination can be let lose and free. At the same time, collecting memories and information for recipes or ideas.

After my first baby was born, I unintentionally gave up scrap booking, smash boxes, and bullet journals all together. I didn’t mean to. Definitely still interested and I think why not make one for the first time in a long time!
For this project I’m thinking of doing a smash journal but with some clarity of a bullet journal.
Theme of my smash journal is health and fitness, after all this is a weight loss journey type of blog! lol.
Elements that will be incorporated into my smash journal will be:
- Workout log
- Fitness challenges
- Weight loss tracker
- Measurements tracker
- Things to do instead of snack
- Period tracker
- Gratitude log
- Inspirational quotes
- Steps to relax
I might do meal planning since that is what I really am weak in so far in my journey to weight loss. My diet isn’t the best.
Hmm, what other elements could I put in my smash journal? hmmmm.
